Another prior spelling was Mahommed, as in the OED definition for fakir given previously. The most punctual model in the OED of the spelling quinoa is dated 1758. Quinoa is a plant identified with spinach. It appreciates prominence among the wellbeing cognizant in view of its high protein substance and absence of gluten. The OED records four elocutions, two British and two American.
